LDAs are the mechanism by which SC4LE reduces decision latency and empowers operational teams — coaching, unblocking, and enabling, not gatekeeping.

Mandate

Govern design and decisions inside a defined domain under the shared principles.

Responsibilities

Uphold principles, resolve in-context decisions, sponsor improvement, and surface systemic signal.

Contextual decisions

Apply principles to the domain's realities — trade-offs owned locally, transparently.

Reducing decision latency

Most decisions resolve at the LDA layer; escalation is rare and earned.
